Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Unblock Car handles information. The app is designed to keep gameplay data on your device and avoid unnecessary collection.
Information stored on your device
Unblock Car stores gameplay information locally on your device, including puzzle progress, best moves, stars, achievements, generated player name, settings, daily challenge state, and hint inventory. This information is used to run the game experience and is not sent to our servers by default.
Feedback you choose to send
If you use the in-app Keep In Touch form, we collect the email address and message you provide, plus app version and platform. We use this information to respond to support requests, investigate bugs, and improve the app.
Our feedback service may also process your IP address and user agent for delivery, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. The service stores a hashed version of the IP address for rate limiting rather than storing the raw IP address in the feedback database.
Purchases
Unblock Car offers optional in-app purchases, such as full access and hint packs. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card information.
Ads and tracking
Unblock Car does not show ads and does not include third-party advertising trackers. The app does not currently use accounts, cloud leaderboards, friend lists, or social sharing features.
Children's privacy
Unblock Car is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the feedback form, contact us through the app support channel so we can delete it.
Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. Feedback messages are kept only as long as needed for support, abuse prevention, and operational records.
Your choices
- You can avoid sending personal information by not using the feedback form.
- You can delete local gameplay data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can request deletion of feedback you sent by contacting us through the support channel and identifying the email address used.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
